ZONE 1 : NETHERLANDS

Shipping costs: 5 € (FREE SHIPPING OVER 215 €)
Delivery time: 1-3 working days (shipment with DHL Parcel/ DPD).

ZONE 2: BELGIUM/FRANCE/GERMANY/DENMARK/AUSTRA/POLAND

Shipping costs: 8 € ((FREE SHIPPING OVER 215 €) Shipment with DHL Parcel, DPD or PostNL abroad.* Please be aware that in case of return, cost of shipping and return will be deducted from your amount.

ZONE 3: REST EU COUNTRIES

Shipping costs: 16 € Shipment with DHL Parcel, DPD or PostNL abroad.

Can I track my order?

Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible. As soon as it has been picked up by the freight company we will activate your parcel number, after which you will receive another email that includes the tracking link. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to be activated. If you do not receive a tracking link, please contact us at info@shopphero.com.

Which delivery option do we offer?

We offer various shipping options based on your location and the products you’ve ordered. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, and carrier issues.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer international shipping to all EU countries.  International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

In the event that your products are returned to us due to a failure to pick up your package, we will have to charge a fee of 30 Euros. This covers the shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of the products. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

* PLease keep in mind that the customer is also responsible for entering the correct shipping address. WE do not cover the cost of lost or stolen packages. 

What happens if my package or my products arrive damaged?

If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to info@shopphero.com with your order number, photographs and a description detailing the issue. As soon as we have received the pictures and description, we will process your request.
